Pre-order Items

Items will be dispatched from our warehouse around 14 working days (exclude public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.

Reminders: if orders contain both in stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped out together when all the items are ready for delivery.

Out of Stock & Discontinue of Pre-order Items

We try our utmost to order the items from wholesales & own design for you, however, the product life cycle in comparatively short, as a fashion online shop, we place orders to once confirmed by customers, meanwhile, items are selling in different market, occasionally items may run out of stock and discontinue quickly.

In case item is currently out of stock , delivery time is comparatively longer. As it takes time for reproduction, delivery time may be more than 14 working days (exclude public holiday). If delivery time is longer than our target delivery date, we will inform you once we receive any update from Korea. Please kindly understand that we are not able to cancel pre-order once order is confirmed, please be patient when waiting for the pre-order item.

If item is discontinued , we will inform you immediately once we receive any update and a full refund in the form of store credit will be returned to your shopping account. At any time, you can use the store credit to exchange other items instead. If you do not like other items, you can also request a cash refund, refund will be issued as same form as the original payment.

Track & Trace

A tracking number will be given to you by e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official web site.

All Hong Kong orders will be sent by COD S.F. Express. We offer FREE door to door courier service to customers once purchased over HK$1500

Shipments deliver to Industrial & Commercial address require around 1-2 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipments deliver to Residential areas or those office address at remote areas require around 2-3 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Courier will arrange delivery from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 9:00a.m. – 18:00p.m.

Macau Shipment

We offer FREE door to door courier service to Macau customers once purchased over HK$1500.

If order is below HK$1500, we will arrange courier collect (recommended as courier will collect courier charge based on the actual weight of parcel) or courier prepaid (flat rate $50) by S.F. Express.

Shipments deliver to Macau require around 2 – 3 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.

我們將以最大的努力從韓國批發商為你訂購商品，但因商品在我們的網店發售同時會在國內出售，而且時裝產品週期相應較短，偶然預購商品會出現缺貨或停產的情況。

如遇預購商品暫時缺貨，發送時間將相應較長。因商品製作需時，商品發送時間有機會多於14個工作天（不包括公眾假期)。如預購商品超出原定貨期，我們會及時通知你。經批發商確認訂單後，所有預購商品的訂單均不能取消，敬希你們於商品製作期間能耐心等待。

如遇商品停產，我們會及時通知你，並把貨款以店舖購物現金存到你的購物賬戶。任何時間及情況下，你都可以使用此店舖購物現金換購其他商品。如你暫時沒有心儀的商品，亦可申請退回全數款項，我們將會依照當初的付款方式退款。

貨件追蹤

當您的訂單從我們的倉庫寄出後，我們將通過電子郵件提供一個追蹤編碼給你。你可以使用這個追蹤編碼，到速遞公司的網站追蹤訂單的運送狀況。
